Over the past time is a reflection us to evaluate "this time" because after all is as relative (...), but not to underestimate "something past" that do not give due value.

Serenity is the essential and desirable condition that just happens to offer the proper and healthy state of mind to the universe of people, mainly for balance and peace it provides.

This state for providing the soul predisposition, feels joy at work, a unique moment full of immense satisfaction, especially because they like what you do, because everyone knows the pleasure of work by the pleasant feeling.

Of course we also evaluate a job is better than another, or because we have more affection for this than for that.

Satisfaction with the work expresses a pleasant emotional state or positive result of the assessment that a person makes itself the experience you have in a given job.

It also presupposes appropriate behavior in the professional pride come to the surface, being notorious responsibility.

The time positively influences well-being activities are frequent due to the interaction, satisfaction and loyalty.
