The time is "expected" because it waits for completion of a particular situation, exists however, a time at which a foreign perceived inability for some invades the "frustrated" coupled to "faint hope".

In life a number of constraints have occurred due to involvement of multi-faceted situations, and "some frustrations" bring discomfort and sometimes even a "depression" that installs derived from this failure.

The time for being at present of everything that happens, because face its assertive predisposition, or not dependent on its protagonists, has the good of experience and bad times.

Indeed, what underlies the time it is a "right time", the time to act, the infallibility embodied in inevitability.

One who has not delegate its functions, on the contrary, it drives being its center, obviously the results are promising.

Time is "advisor" to assess the protagonists persuasion, effectiveness, accountability, because the time is the first that is the "threshold" of the situations remains the course and is the same who through it concludes the counsels of their mentors.
