The possibility of these measures fosters a full life that strengthens the self-esteem and confidence that builds up gradually.

Thus, throughout life people have expectations, however they feel threatened by their spectrum.

Something that worries them as a ghostly image, because they do not see in practical utility as actions and achievable acts that carry to reality.

This inequality dominates the panorama of people's lives because it discourages them, taking away the "best of themselves," which is conviction and self-confidence.

However, the expectation is reborn by the contribution of concrete actions, in particular.

With the program whose solidity recognizes the immediate capacity, to counteract a certain insufficiency that has stagnated for some time.

People regain hope, because the "social problem" has begun to delineate favorably.

Thus, through the interrelationships of society and institutions in which people participate, have made it possible to solve a situation as necessary as it is urgent.
