However, despite the ephemerality of life, we insist on "living" at a dizzying speed, leadership is characterized by the technology that is at the top of our options.

The immediacy of information, the new paradigm that changed the vision of the world that surrounds us, in which distances today are devalued, especially by the global space in which we are inserted, by the innumerable and diversified accessibility in this context.

In fact, the perception we have about time is that it "flies", the days run, faster and faster, we find that "lack of time" for other tasks, in the face of its dizzying passage, ) Escapes our control.

This reality that we have identified in our lives, on the one hand, creates the sense of incapacity, because time and time again and again we want to do more "things", and time does not arrive.

The imperative "time" is undoubtedly the conditioner, the "sporadic visits" those that are obligatory by the family bond that unites them, sometimes they take place, only in specific moments: anniversaries, and several commemorative celebrations in occasion of certain events.

It should be noted that in life and in the time in which we live, maintaining an "assertive stance" towards life is indeed a tonic that rejuvenates, especially as it translates into strong integrity as men and women.
