Like everything in life (...), a change means, restricting, or amplifying or adding something that obeys certain norms and that consequently the change is inevitable.

In an instant, suddenly, modified by the alteration deemed convenient changed a certain paradigm changing aspect, characterized by the new dimension and quality.

Change happens in the sense of transforming, disposing otherwise, yet this dynamic is permanent, as if it were a force forcing something to change for a certain aspect.

This change is due to the acceleration that life takes, causing that its protagonists follow the progress in the different areas.

Especially because of the fascination of the new technologies, being impossible in the present conjuncture, to live without these mechanisms more and more versatile and sophisticated.

Acceleration is expressed by speed, and today it is today this state of social change imperative for its frenzied nature that causes anxiety, bringing a depressing and frustrating state on the one hand.

On the other hand, facing the dynamics of life at a dizzying speed that involves pressure, and fear of failure installs, causing stress and anxiety.

Failure, however, is lack of success, something that is considered important, and sometimes, because of its unpredictability (...), the opposite happens that shakes the subconscious and withdraws conviction and self-confidence.

This emotional collapse, plus other weaknesses, denotes a state of weakness, by the negative feeling of hurt, still not dissipated that causes the state of latent nostalgia (...).

It is a mental exercise that can deal with frustration, yet the mind needs the indispensable complement that is the psychic and psychic predisposition
.
That is through the subconscious where everything is processed, yet being alone and hearing this voice of the subconscious that separates reason from emotion, bringing again logic and rationality.

In life and in the time in which we live, we know of the difference that exists between a life "lived" without brilliance, due to opacity, cloistered by prejudice in a "whirlwind of conflicts" and with both sensations, on the one hand.

And from this one that is "lived" in authenticity, in the well-being and harmony, in which everything is conjugated for the effective relation and in other interrelations, in the work, in the family or in the society a perfect harmony, on the other hand.

We know, however, and with both sensations, that the first is characterized by the "whirlwind of conflicts" and the other by the sweetness of these relations based on cordiality, description and subtlety.


Thus, our discourse sought the exact direction to leave some more considerations, on the subject the "irreversibility of time". António Cardoso
