The multiplicity of situations that occur in time is the resemblance of a referential of elements, whose diversity of events is part of the great collection of "temporal space" the current global world where we live.

 The events are diverse: circumstantial and atypical, political, economic, institutional and civil society in general, those related to people and others.

The relationship with people is characterized by the impact that these same relationships cause, namely: emotion, embarrassment, feeling, nostalgia or deception, which are present in all human relationships.

It is therefore necessary to face this challenge as a possibility of change in which the search for dialogue, with a view to stimulating the reflexive capacity and building a plural vision based on a rational logic.

These relationships, when established in the cordiality and spirit of friendship, are fruitful giving place to affectivity, a process that is strengthened in relation between subjects with the same goals and objectives in which the essence of these interrelations promote other sincere and lasting relationships.

From the objectivity of these certainties opens up a space of coexistence whose influences are reciprocal, an advantage in which the results exerted on certain people produce positive effects.

This individual wealth, on the one hand, in view of the good intrinsic character underlying "someone", above all by the experience of considerable heterogeneous human formation, which is contagious by its objectivity that inspires greater security and rationality.

On the other hand, it is the affective relationships that are responsible for the bonding of these bonds that unite people for cultural experience that values ​​the reconstruction of the personality, in diametrical opposition from the intellectual and individualist point of view.

The behavior and reception of social and moral values ​​throughout a society is desirable to happen, for the benefits that are derived from its observance because they regulate good practices and conduct, transversal in societies.

The relationship that the citizens develop with the State, is inclined towards social activity, but also personal, in which personal and professional fulfillment is sought, through mechanisms and diverse accessibilities that permeate a number of ways so that the social relationship is more Effective.

The coexistence in society is translated by measures that stimulate in people what should be the proper behavior acceptance of social rules, obedience of duties and obligations, as well as their rights, assimilation of values ​​and the bonds of this healthy and harmonious coexistence .

The division of society into classes is an evidence, and social conflicts necessarily occur, yet society is presented as unity, in which the interests of some equals the interests of all.

The actions defended by politicians aim at the plurality of an entire class in which these discourses are directed towards the collective in which the overwhelming majority of people see themselves represented.

However, all these references made in a language that identifies certain dictates that must be preserved in society, good social rules and how citizens have duties and obligations to society and the State.

This free and uninhibited interaction has an essential value that is reflected in its social actors, on the one hand, the society that is headed by the state that implements its project and codes of conduct.

On the other hand, it is up to this actor whose experience he is in the society to which he belongs in general, and the particular person who must individually or collectively fulfill the designs of the State that signify social progress and well-being.
