Like everything else in life (...) there is the right time that determines what one intends to do, because a set of requirements give this indication that predicts the favorable outcome.

The forms of organization is to combine the combination efforts, an imperative that one wants to carry forward, with the purpose that is translated by concrete objectives achieved.

This principle that coexists with mankind from the beginning, which is to organize, to put in order with method, has been a constant task in time.

Above all, if we take into consideration, that the standard of any organization goes through methods that are instituted, to be easy to consult because they are neatly arranged.

At present, new technologies are easier to access because there is a server where all the information is audited, precise and accurate scrutiny on the subjects, because they are available, that an organization is responsible for giving its knowledge.

Thus, it is natural that the concern and zeal of how this information may or may not be conveyed as true, the power to organize it assumes that direction which it performs with the greatest rigor.

To organize, also means to group by "specifics", being able to be emphasized a certain detail, until the one of minor importance, obeying a dynamic and systematic criterion, at the moment achieved by the technological development that satisfactorily manages this reality.

The strategy in how to perform certain tasks are linked to the team spirit, since they are thus developed with people specialized in the respective sectors.

This concept installed in its base is consolidated, because a group of people are linked to each other and are reviewed together to achieve this common goal.

Efficiency thus happens because the spirit of innovation that presides over the discovery of new methods for solving anomalies is more creative, in which it makes the notorious quality expressed by the aptitude and competence and autonomy that motivates them.

This assignment of work characterized by task or activity, means connecting different work processes, involving its stakeholders by diverse knowledge about these matters, whose participation is collective, building consensus on their objectives in which results are positive.

Planning work is also to coordinate different forms of work activity, choosing the one that presents without difficulties of interaction of the team.

And with regard to professionally developed work, one has the awareness that in order to achieve common goals and objectives, it is necessary that work is reflected in the community, so its effectiveness is a plan that everyone strives to achieve.

Of course, that each person doing his part, one helping the other when it is necessary, so that there is efficiency in the work in the professional achievement of whose collective cooperation the group performs becomes visible this reality.
