Past time is also the "spring" of experiences, as if from a source it was, above all by the abundance of practical solutions that have been absorbed and that must be taken into account.

In fact, the experiences accompany the whole course of people's lives, it is in the course of many situations that experiences happen, good or not.

Some of these experiences were a "burden," however, since they were unproductive, they were unsuccessful, something unfavorable, and no profit was derived from it.

In fact, success is marked by "given experience" that happens, an experience in which one learns to deal with the various relationships, personal, professional and other, some emotional in the face of its unpredictability.

Because the "best solution" to a given event is never known, because acting incorrectly could be harmful if the facts that gave rise to a certain situation are not detected.

From experience one gains knowledge through immense attempts, some "failed", yet it is not without interest, above all by the persistence in which it resists in order to retain some useful learning for life.

Experience is something that happens and is observable, because it stems from several were invested, and the energies that are expended in the intention of that purpose.

The practice that relies on the usual tendency for a certain performance is manifested by its experience.

It is what portrays a certain event that is expressed by the practical and assertive execution, and the multiplicity of important aspects that are retained, as proof that must be followed.

The notion of experience is healthy because it occupies a central position in people's lives, which must be understood as learning something (...) that will become necessary for its use for the future.

It is in this context, that the relations in the work are configured with some exigency by the quality of the tasks that are carried out by the success of the same ones mainly by the rigor and commitment in the work.

Thus, from this perspective, the factors of experience that accelerate a whole mechanism that contributes to stability that are determinant from the scenario of a solid work organization is recognized.

The experience that translates into guarantee, for the interest in the valorization of the work prioritized the training of all its members by their effective integration, in order to prepare people for different professions.

It is in this sense that experiences play an important role as "tools" for the development of work, an achievement in favor of modernity and technologies and the new paradigm that desires prosperity for humanity.
