Time is crucial in the life of the individual, whose beginning is as essential design that materializes at his birth, a beginning of life of their condition as an individual.

A set of situations occur irreversibly in the individual's life to the allocation of the acquisition of legal personality and the linking of their suitability for the rights and duties which it is hereby imposed as a basic understanding of the law.

With the right to life that the state preserves its citizens, and in each state this co-responsibility towards the citizen.

There are other international framework of rights that "roughly" every individual is linked.

The imperative of dignity is an inalienable right (...) to be the primary cause of humanity as harmonious coexistence the establishment of these relations with its stakeholders.

It is so the issue of this existential moment as an individual is recognized him by international acts validated in the establishment of law and constitutional infrastructure (...).

It is time now stimulant which shares with the individual, especially the reciprocity of advantages, after all is a mutual cooperation in which both see themselves.

Human dignity accompanies the individual and the fullness of his mental faculties, and these free exercise to give you this legitimate and important right.

The vulnerability of the body and mind, are signs of our humanity, a common destiny which is equal to all (...), a riddle, a mystery, a challenge.

However, there is disability and for their understanding, why this "weakness" that incapacitates result obviously of the individual for life condition.

Precisely because it is formed organically by body-matter, perishable, subject to the natural conditions to which it is subjected.

So what is mortal has no cure, the confluence between life and death, between knowledge and the unknown causes nostalgia, fear the discomfort

Apart from all the medical advances in prolonging life by "noble instinct" of survival, the limits are irreversible in that process (...).

Thus the agony is a death foretold, delayed and painful, the patient, patiently will deceiving conviction for remaining so you only desire and lust for life.

A purpose to retain, is still "studying" adversity since the confrontation between life and death, more latent (...) on its victims that irreversibly do succumb, it is urgent, this "study" as a form of human dignity to them assign the dignity they deserve, on the one hand, and on the other side, away from the suffering.
